Many abandoned avocado orchards in San Diego County are too steep for conventional construction. We acquire properties like this one with huge potential upside (avocado production, trails, camping and trailer accessible, views, water etc) and find it’s value in between the lines. With 2 properties in our portfolio and 6 in our acquisition pipeline, we keep pretty busy. When our owners aren’t enjoying the spaces, we rent them out, make a few pennies and reinvest into more land assets.
